Residential Conveyancing
Richard Sedgley & Co has secured membership to the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme - the mark of excellence for the home buying process, and we adopt the Law Society "Transaction" conveyancing scheme, which is a recommended practice.
This involved rigorous assessment by the Law Society in order to secure CQS status, which marks the firm out as meeting high standards in the residential conveyancing process.
Buying a home is one of the largest purchases anyone will make in their lifetime, so it is essential that it is done to the highest standard by a solicitor. There are many different conveyancing service providers out there, making it difficult for home buyers to identify those which can ensure a safe and efficient level of service.
All conveyancing transactions are dealt with personally by either Richard Sedgley or Mike Annen and we aim to provide a professional and efficient service; Richard and Mike have nearly 70 qualified years experience between them. We do not pay referral fees to introducers and you will most likely find that our fees are less than those of legal practices that do. Please ask for our free written quotation and leaflet to lead you through the house sale and purchase procedure.
