Probate and Administration of Estates

It is not uncommon for a person making a Will to appoint us as executors, sometimes jointly with a family member or friend, or otherwise the executors or administrators will be family and friends who may need legal assistance in dealing with the formalities of probate and administration. Richard Sedgley and Mike Annen are well versed in the processes and will be pleased to help family members cope with the requirements. Estimates of costs will be given at the outset. Our charges for this type of work are based on the time we spend, not on a percentage of the value of the estate.
