Fixed Fee Divorce

As we know, any form of litigation is expensive. Therefore at Richard Sedgley & Co we offer a fixed-fee divorce package which includes all of the necessary steps from instructing us as your solicitors through to the Decree Absolute (the final stage of the divorce).

Our fees for this package are £995 (including VAT and all Court fees which amount to approximately £385). The only other costs which may sometimes be necessary would be a fee of approximately £10 if we have to obtain a copy of your marriage certificate and a fee of approximately £7 when you swear your Affidavit, but this can be free if you take the document down to your local County Court office.

This package is for cases which are undefended by your husband/wife.
